Yesterday was really awesome. I went and had a chance to minister to a group of about 85 plus kids that are illegal immigrants from Philippines. The ministry is called Street Kids.  I had a wonderful time sharing a message on David and Goliath and how God gives us favor when we stay close to him and faithful in serving him.  I shared how God helps us overcome and slay the giants we face in our own life just like God helped David face Goliath.

Then I went and headed over to SIB church and did a bible study with some of the Powerhouse kids.  They are the ones that are putting on the concert on the 21st of July and doing dances, plus the praise band and special guest Ortie from Singapore who is an awesome Jazz saxophonist who will be playing, and I'll preach afterward.  The bible study was really awesome and a challenge to them and myself on being effective for the Lord.

Then that evening I went to another church, D' Gap Baptist Church to speak to their youth group.  There was around 75 to 80 students plus 7 adults.  The time was really awesome and I love the way the youth just sat and listened intently to every word.  When I asked if anyone needed to be touched by the Lord many hands went up, then they broke up into small groups to share with each other and for prayer. It was an awesome time in the Lord and the fellowship was very sweet. 

I have really fallen in love with the people of Asia and those that are really in love with the Lord.  In America,we live in a country that has freedom of religion and never have to worry about being arrested or having our heads cut off.  Here they are persecuted, arrested, beaten and killed for being a believer in Christ.  That have so much to lose for their faith in the Lord, but yet they keep pushing forward because they understand that Christ is the best thing that has ever happened to their lives.

I appreciate the prayers while here in Asia and I continue to marvel over the awesomeness of the Lord.
