A word from Dave while on the road with Festival Con Dios..... september 25, 2002

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for stopping buy the site. Things have been going like crazy. I am out on Festival Con Dios road pastoring eleven bands and God only knows how many crew people, "check out the web-site to see who is playing on it". We have done 7 shows so far, and 4 of those have been raining, but the show goes on.

I can't believe how many people are standing in the rain to see these bands. In Spartanburg, SC which was the first show, it started to rain during the last few songs of Audio A. The last song they played was Ocean floor. It was amazing. The rain was coming down pretty hard and people were hitting their knees and raising their hands towards the heavens and worshiping God, it was amazing and you could feel the love of God all around.

Every night a message is given and the net is drawn. There about 40 to 45 decisions for Christ made every night. Keep praying for me the bands and crew as we leave tonight to start our west coast journey. A lot of people will not see there families for about month, so pray that we will stay sane, and that our families will stay safe. Thanks for your time and mostly your prayers.
